CALL FOR PAPERS

The Technical Program Committee cordially invites you to submit expanded abstracts for presentation at the Salvador 2009 - 11^th International Congress of the Brazilian Geophysical Society to one of the topics mentioned previously.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR AUTHORS

The expanded abstracts are limited to six pages including figures, and must be single-spaced.
The deadline for submittal of abstracts is March 31 ^st, 2009.
We strongly recommend submission of expanded abstracts in English.
Expanded abstracts accepted for the Technical Program will be reproduced in CD-Rom only.

Papers sent by e-mail will be not accepted. However, if for any reason you do not succeed with the online submission, please contact the Organizing Committee (salvador2009@sbgf.org.br)

COPYRIGHT

All authors of abstracts presented during Salvador 2009 will be required to submit a Transfer of Copyright form to the Brazilian Geophysical Society.

PUBLICATION OF PAPERS

Interested authors are requested to consider the possibility to submit their work as a paper to the Revista Brasileira de Geofísica which is the official journal of the Brazilian Geophysical Society.

Expanded abstracts will not be accepted if received after the deadline of March 31 ^st, 2009!

The Technical Program Committee for Salvador 2009 is preparing a technical program which includes oral and poster sessions, special conferences, workshops and short courses, covering a wide range of geophysical topics.
