SBGf and SBG Members note: You only qualify for the discounted member registration fee if your membership dues for 2009 is paid and received by SBGf before July 1.
It will not be possible to pay outstanding membership dues during the event in order to guarantee the discounted member fee.
NOTE: None of the short courses listed below are included in the Salvador 2009 Registration Fee. Each one requires a separate fee.

1SBGf Annual fee paid for 2009
All Short Courses will only be held if a minimum number of attendees requires their registration no later than July 1, 2009.
Attention:
-
The registration fee includes the course material which will be available on site at the registration desk;
-
Registration is on first-come, first-served basis. All courses have minimum and maximum class-size limits. Therefore, early registration is urged. If the course you select is fully subscribed at the time SBGf office receives your payment, you will be notified and placed on a waiting list as an alternate. On-site registration is discouraged because of class-size restrictions;

Attendees are responsible for their own hotel, travel arrangements and expenses.
Cancellation Policy:
1) Cancellation: refunds will be granted only for attendees who cancel in writing on the following basis:
-
30 days or more in advance: refund of 90% of the payment;
-
less than 30 days: refund of 70% of the payment;
-
no refund is allowed for cancellation made less than 72 hours in advance.
In the event, a course is cancelled, attendees will receive a full refund.
2) Substitutions are allowed if SBGf’s office is notified no later than July 1, 2009.
